This is a must-have app like Waterlogue!!

This was one of the first apps I downloaded when I received my iPad a few years ago and I must say that it was a great choice. It does what its suppose to do and no complicated controls. Renders beautiful effects. Im shocked there are no reviews for this terrific application.

Popsicolor can take a little getting used to but it creates some fun effects. Its a keeper in my photo folder.

I’m a recovering crime scene photographer (retired) and being able to tweak photos is a treat. Thanks for a great tool which is user friendly.

Dont buy this. All the photos to sell this app look cool. When I try my own or stock photos from the web, they are anything but cool. Maybe if I stop back 20 feet Id get the effect, but close up its nothing but washed blurred preset colors. No was to adjust the intensity of the effect, or dial your own color, which might help the quality, Im left with a uselss app. Not worth 99¢ let alone 2.99

I didnt get this app. It appeared on my phone. I did open it and its stupid. No directions. Dont touch this or your Starbucks gift card may disappear too. Mine did.

Its been a little minute. At the very least the low resolution issues need some cleaning up.

Just love this app a lot and with ew colors added it just makes it even better. Keep up the good ideas using gorgeous colors
